Future Pupil Programme Coordinator

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract (until September 2027)
As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking to recruit a Future Pupil Programme Coordinator to join our Domestic Student Recruitment Team.
The Future Pupil Programme Coordinator is instrumental in the BPC student recruitment process. The role focuses on organising and administrating our BPC selection events and speaking at key marketing events. You will have the opportunity to speak at leading UK universities, delivering talks and workshops to prospective Bar students, sit on panels with other barristers and network with solicitors and barristers across the UK. In addition to recruitment, you will also occasionally support the Employability Team, providing insight from your recent experience and assisting with events at our BPC campuses (London Moorgate, Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Bristol, Liverpool and Newcastle).
Please note: that this role will require nationwide travel to deliver its key objectives. You will be expected to work in your local campus unless you are at an event. You will have the option to work from home 1 day a week, subject to events and needs of the business

As our Future Pupil Programme Coordinator, you will:
Promote the Future Pupil Programme in conjunction with the ULaw Employability Team
Develop and deliver the programme through external and internal events and talks both in person and virtually
Deliver a series of Bar-related talks and workshops at target feeder universities on a national basis, which will include nationwide travel
Organise and administer our BPC selection events
Produce workshop content, presentation and materials for Bar advisory talks
We are looking for people who are/have:
Recent graduate of the ULaw BPC programme
Prepared to travel nationwide to deliver talks/workshops at universities
Has accepted an offer of pupillage
Strong presentations skills of persuasion and negotiation
Excellent communication skills
An excellent standard of written and spoken English
Please note that only University of Law BPC Graduates who have obtained an offer of pupillage to start in Autumn 2027 or later will be considered for this role. This role is a fixed term appointment for 1 year from 7th September 2026.
