Student Recruitment Officer - South East Region

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Domestic Student Recruitment team, supporting our South East region, including our campuses in Southampton, Egham and Reading.
About the Role
This is a varied, predominantly field-based role where no two days are the same. Working alongside the Student Recruitment Manager, you'll deliver an ambitious outreach programme, visiting schools, colleges, careers fairs and recruitment events to promote The University of Law and inspire prospective students.
You'll build strong relationships with schools, colleges and advisers, deliver engaging presentations and workshops, and support a range of on-campus and virtual recruitment activities that contribute to our student recruitment objectives.
When you're not attending events, you'll be based at our professional hub in Woking, with a possibility of working in our London Bloomsbury campus.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver more than 150 outreach and recruitment activities each year.
Present to prospective students, parents and advisers.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and key stakeholders.
Represent ULaw at Open Days, careers fairs, exhibitions and recruitment events.
Support virtual and on-campus recruitment activity.
Maintain accurate CRM records and event reporting.
Support the Student Ambassador and Campus Representative programme.
About You
You'll have:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience delivering events, outreach activities or customer-facing engagement.
Confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Location & Travel
This role requires regular travel across the South East, together with attendance at London Bloomsbury for meetings, training and team activities. Occasional evening, weekend and overnight working will be required.
To support the travel requirements of the role, you'll need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the South East region. This role is particularly suited to candidates living south-west of London (M25 South West corridor) or south of London, including Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire and Hampshire.
