Ensuring Academic Excellence and Quality Across Collaborative Partnerships
The London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) and The University of Law (ULaw) have officially launched an exciting strategic partnership, combining the strengths of two institutions within the Global University Systems network to enhance the delivery of career-focused education.
From the 2026/27 academic year, ULaw will provide the academic framework and award qualifications for its management and hospitality programmes delivered at and by LCCA. Students joining these programmes receive a ULaw award, while studying at LCCA London campuses and being taught by LCCA colleagues.
We are looking for two Collaborative Partnerships Programme Leads (one with Business Management and one with Hospitality and Tourism specialism). who will be responsible for providing academic oversight and quality assurance for a portfolio of franchised Business School programmes delivered through collaborative partners. You will be working closely with the Programme Director – Collaborative Partnerships to ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance with University academic regulations, quality standards and partnership agreements

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, working from one of our London Campus and remotely.
As Collaborative Partnerships Programme Lead, you will be acting as the primary academic liaison between ULaw and the partner institution for the allocated programmes, ensuring consistency of academic standards, assessment, student outcomes and continuous quality enhancement. You will be:
Responsible for the academic oversight of an allocated portfolio of collaborative programmes by acting as the principal academic contact between ULaw and partner Course Leaders.
Supporting the mobilisation of new programmes and cohorts - identifying risks and escalating issues to the Programme Director where appropriate
Monitoring and analysing student continuation, Progression, Completion, Assessment outcomes, Attendance and engagement, Student satisfaction, Graduate outcomes, B3 metrics
Supporting the delivery of an outstanding student experience by monitoring student feedback, working with partner staff to improve engagement, reviewing complaints
Working collaboratively with partner Course Leaders, Module Leaders, External Examiners and Programme Directors to ensure effective delivery of the partnership.
Is this you?:
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading modules or programmes within Higher Education, as well as experience of quality assurance processes and assessment/moderation
Postgraduate qualification in Business or relevant discipline
Experience of curriculum development and analysing student performance data
Excellent communication and relationship management
Innovative, self-starter with a high personal motivation
Flexible and prepared to be hands on when required
