                vacancy Senior Student Recruitment Manager

                At The University of Law, we’re looking for a Senior Student Recruitment Manager to join our Domestic Student Recruitment Department on a permanent basis. This is a strategic position, managing a large team in multiple campuses across the UK. You will be ensuring the implementation of regional and campus-based recruitment plans and developing market-based business cases for new regional initiatives.

                Please note: this role includes extensive UK travel (3 days a week) and occasional overnight stays.

                As our Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will be:

                • Implementing strategies to achieve the target lead generation and enrolment targets
                • Obtaining data capture from all events within each of the regions by ensuring the relevant data processes are followed to feed the marketing pipeline
                • Direct and support your DSR regional teams with developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
                • Identifying and developing relevant and financially viable partnership and collaboration opportunities for the benefit of Law and non-law programmes
                • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on outcomes of recruitment activity for planning purposes, with a focus on ROI.

                Is this you?:

                We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You must have professional experience in a business/commercial environment, with an understanding of the Higher Education sector.

                • Experience of managing client/stakeholder relationships
                • Organising and managing an extensive events programme
                • Commercially focused and driven by data and achieving targets
                • Articulate, ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures
                • Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing with strong business acumen
