This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a well-established and respected Apprenticeships department. As a Programme and Student Lead you will be responsible for the quality and delivery of ULaw legal apprenticeship programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of the student experience and the enhancement of student performance.
As our Programme and Student Lead, you will:
- Delivering a market leading course with continuous improvement in QAA/SRA/BSB/ESFA and an understanding of Ofsted regulatory criteria
- Liaison with the Programme Director of Legal Apprenticeships to ensure the effective management and delivery of the courses
- Ensuring an outstanding quality of student experience as measured by key benchmarks and the effective promotion, delivery and analysis of student surveys
- Utilisation of course data to disseminate trends in performance and set local improvement/enhancement
Is this you?:
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate sound judgement. We are looking for an individual who is flexible and prepared to be hands on when the role requires.
- Qualified solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Demonstrated experience in managing law teaching and/or designing legal courses
- Proven senior management and leadership skills within a legal practice or educational environment
- Track record of developing and implementing policies effectively
- Ability to analyse and manipulate data to drive quality improvements
