                • Ensure guidelines and procedures are followed and all relevant administrative tasks are carried out during the examinations, including recording student attendance and scanning of scripts.
                • Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination papers.
                • Report directly to the Assessments Office.

We are looking for people who are/have:

                • A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
                • Can relay written and verbal instructions to both candidates and members of staff.
                • A reliable and punctual work ethic.
                • The ability to direct a team and assign work efficiently and fairly.
                • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

NB – This role involves regularly walking around the building and carrying examination materials

Hours of work will vary throughout the year according to examination scheduling and invigilation requirements. There are no guaranteed hours and Invigilators on our ‘available’ list will have the option to turn down offers of work.

The hourly rate is £13.10 per hour and we will also pay up to £10 per day for travel/parking – reimbursed with valid receipts.
